Meet our Founder
Welcome! I’m Renee Coffland.
I’m a former teacher with over 17 years of experience in public education, special education, and ARD meeting facilitation. Over the course of my career, I’ve taught Pre-K and inclusion classes, provided special education push-in and push-out services, and spent the last 8 years leading IEP meetings. I’ve also served as an ARD Facilitator across multiple campuses.
In 2024, I was deeply honored to be named Teacher of the Year for Boerne ISD, a recognition that affirmed my lifelong commitment to advocating for students who need more: more time, more support, more specialized instruction— and, above all, more consistent, qualified educators.
At Four Branches, my team and I partner with Texas school districts to ensure every student receives the attention, expertise, and education they deserve. We look forward to supporting your district!
